Actress America Olivo is full of surprises.

The first time she was on the show, ostensibly to promote a new movie called Circle, she did the interview from the basement of the Foxwoods Theatre on Broadway. Upstairs, rehearsals were underway for a new musical of which you may have heard: “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.” She couldn’t say anything much about it at the time; I learned much later that she was the understudy for one of the leads as the villainess “Arachne,” as well as "Aunt May" and many other minor roles.
