Make it easy for Sales Managers to locate pre-owned vehicles for a "buy back campaign". They simply select the year, make, and model of the desired vehicle and receive a “push notification” within their Dashboard when a vehicle matching the description enters your service drive.
TEXT2DRIVE believes that a dealership’s data should be used to increase vehicle sales and to give customers an opportunity to enjoy the numerous manufacture incentives that are available. With our new Sales-to-Service feature, sales managers merely press the sales selection, and then they press Service-to-Sales, and after they do, drop down’s are included so a manager merely selects the year, make, and model, and then presses the Ad Campaign button, and you'll see that that vehicle that that manager may be interested in is now available for notification, once that vehicle appears in the dealership’s service department.
TEXT2DRIVE is dedicated to allowing a dealer to use his data to help him make more money. We’re about to show you in real time, in real life, exactly how this all works, so get ready.
Now Hugh, a sales manager at Arlington Lexus is looking for a Lexus 2015 RC 350. He goes into TEXT2DRIVE, he goes sales, services sales, does the drop down and finds the vehicle that he's interested in and adds a campaign. We’re watching him do it right now, and lo and behold look what happens. In drives a 2015 Lexus RC 350. Exactly the kind of car Hugh's interested in.
This customer will exit the car, and as he's exiting a service advisor from Arlington Lexus approaches him. Together they're going to walk into the service writer’s desk area, and then the service advisor will get the information which is relevant to the actual service of that vehicle, which is the 2015 RC, Lexus RC 350.
Now you can see him walking into the service write-up area. The customer sits down. The advisor goes to his computer, and once he’s at his computer, he will create the repair order which will now be synonymous with the 2015 RC 350 that Hugh is looking for.
TEXT2DRIVE sees that repair order and sees the vehicle, marries them together, and there you can see Hugh has now received a notification that that customer with that car is in the service department right now and he can go and talk to that customer about possibly making some kind of a deal. All using TEXT2DRIVE’s Service-to-Sales sales feature.
