Face tracking and replacing the face of a UV textured and animated model.
Some very preliminary testing for a project. Clearly needs some more stabilization and tweaking, but 60fps and fairly low CPU usage for this.
The axe texture is a separate texture, and is being over-written by the live, OpenCV'ed ugly mug-o-mine texture.
All in all, don't ask. I know. This is ludicrously hysterical.
