David B. Feinberg just had gotten out of the hospital, and with only two weeks to live, came directly to an ACT UP meeting and delivered a particularly vitriolic rant to the Floor on October 3rd, 1994. (By the way, i was asked by one ACT UP member: "i hope you'll never show this [his speech] on the air." --of course, it was broadcast two weeks later.)
