Taking a nap is a good thing.
Making sure you go to bed at a good time at night.
Making sure you get enough nice restful sleep through the night will make a big difference in how your performance, your practice, how your preparation goes the next day.
My wife thinks that napping may be one of my super powers.
So, I'm going to exercise it right now:
I'm going to rest. I'm going to take a nap."
