1. Searching for the bull

Stressful society misled by visual factors and money

Struggling to find the bull without any clues

In a quandary, the daily round wears you out

2. Finding the footprints

In a phase finding footprints of the bull (belief) after hardship

Asking and questioning yourself

If the bull (belief) appears ahead

3. Finding the bull

Locating the bull at last

A phase questioning and wondering turn out certainty

4. Catching the bull

Attempting to capture the bull (belief)

Failing to control however

5. Taming the bull

Managed to tame the bull (belief)

Still the reins are loose and insecure

6. To back home riding the bull

Finally the bull is under control

Ready to return home (daily life)

7. Oblivious of the bull

In reality the bull is invisible

Realizing it is intangible

And only exists in yourself

8. Oblivious of the bull and self

Knowing material (visual) limits, come to realization

That infinite nothing exists in your heart

To see every single thing equally (flat as horizontal)

Making yourself “empty”

Nothing = emptiness

As you empty a vessel

Remove persistence, value, and desire

View things simply as they are

9. Pondering on nature

Warmth from the sun, flows of the river, and the flowers blooming

Birth and death repeats

Assisted by nature

Mother and father have created you

Life consists of assistance (interaction) by people and nature

10. Back to reality

Possessing belief protects you from confronting confusion

Uncomfortable feelings shall be removed

Taking things simply, expressing yourself, and appreciating what matters to you

You will see how to live for someone else

You exist but for yourself; therefore human beings

禅の悟りにいたる道筋を描いた十枚の絵、十牛図。

それをダンスで表現した映像作品を制作しました。

十牛図は中国宋時代に描かれた、禅の教えを修行者にわかりやすく伝えるためのものです。

道を求める者が悟りにいたるまでの道のりを十段階に分け、牛を用いて示しています。

難解なテーマですが、現代風に置き換え解釈し、踊りで表現した作品です。

　

十牛図は「道を極めることとは？」ということを考えさせられます。

仕事や趣味など何かに真剣に取り組んでいる人であれば、きっとその教えに共感できることでしょう。

　

情報過多で惑わされやすい現代において、自分は何をすべきか？自分が今どんな道のりにいるのか？

そんなことを十牛図は示してくれています。

ストリートダンス業界の中でも、芸術的領域で精力的に活動している二人のダンサーが出演。

牛役：福住 絋典（HIRONORI FUKUZUMI）

　

かつてGROOVIN/SLASHのメンバーとしてOSAKA DANCE DELIGHT、HIP HOP SOLO BATTLE THE GAMEで優勝を果たしてきたカリスマ的存在のHIP HOP DANCERである。当時のスタイルからさらに洗練された彼の踊りは「表現者」と形容するのがしっくりくる。振付・衣装・美術を担当。

修行者役：小林　紀（おさむ）Osamu a.k.a Sham The Beat.

　

神奈川でダンスバトルイベント「解放区」や「Twice Culture」等様々なイベントをオーガナイズする。彼が提示するのは、HIP HOPを経た、独特の舞いと世界観。

本作品では、野獣のような荒々しさと、静かで削ぎ落された美しさを感じる踊りを残してくれた。

▼福住 絋典（HIRONORI FUKUZUMI）

受け取るものすべてをダンスで表現し、身体の求める動きに忠実になる。

現在では自公演「Ten to Sen」を主に、

「点と線」や「Point54」等、独自の理論で行うWorkshopを開催するなど、

ストリートダンスだからこそできる自分というジャンルを創造し続けている。

02年からダンス活動開始

08年、単身NYCに渡米

09年、PARIS、欧米諸国にて躍りを中心として芸術研修を行う。

Solo performance、Team団体活動、Lesson事業を軸に

StreetDanceを基礎として、コンテンポラリー、前衛芸術を旨とする表現の可能性を広げる活動を展開。

　

011年関東、東北エリア等で自主公演「踏土吸空」公演主催

鎌倉から発信するダンサー、表現者のイベント「Twice Culture」主催

湘南、横浜では「解放区」を主催

個人活動としてSoloやTeam活動他バンド競演、Rickie-G 、Soil & Pimp Session（元晴氏）鎮座dopeness、YASS、黒電話666、Kentaro!!氏の舞台等と共演活動。
