Praise. We all love to receive praise for a job well done.
When someone praises us, we may want to scream, “Thank you. I know. I was wonderful!” But we seldom say that because it would sound so arrogant.
Or we may say, “Thank you, but really, it was nothing”. But that would be a lie since we really feel we did a great job and we do deserve the praise.
On the other hand, we may be ashamed to receive any praise if we don’t believe we did anything worthy of praise.
Is there a way to respond to praise with humility and still show confidence in a job well done? Take a look at this video link ... eepurl.com/czW-xr
