On February 23, 2015, Richard Nonas led CIMA members on a special walking tour of CIMA's Medardo Rosso exhibition, a program presented with the support of Fergus McCaffrey. He asked the question, "What do we photograph when we photograph our own sculptures?" While Rosso's work is very different from that of Nonas's, he feels a kinship with the artist in their shared use of photography.
CIMA's exhibition (October 17, 2014 - June 27, 2015) featured some 110 works and showcased for the first time ever a large body of the artist's drawings and experimental photography alongside his better known serial sculptures, in wax, plaster, and bronze.
