A series of catenary curves are suspended from two rings. Since these curves are placed at a close proximity, they start to mimic a surface. The entire "jig" can be rotated, allowing for gravity to create variation, or only one of the rings can be rotated (at a maximum of 120 degrees) torquing the system and creating further variation. These two methods can be applied in any order, together or separately, to change the set.
Please take note that is is only a single part of the system that will later be repeated to create a filed of [catenary] surfaces.
