This film was first shown at the International Radio Art Festival 'Radio Revolten' on 28th October 2016 in Halle (Saale), Germany. Tetsuo Kogawa had especially devised and filmed this performance for the festival. The four custom made transmitters were in fact types of jammers, covering a wide frequency band ranging from MF to VHF. The audible output is the fight between the transmitters that are influenced by Tetsuo's hands and their respective position to each other. He writes: "The title of my piece 'CONCILIATION OF SFERICS' derived from this situation. Also I was conscious of the present political scenes in the US where the serious 'war' against the ethnic, gender and cultural diversities has started now."
The introduction by Knut Aufermann was recorded live at the Radio Revolten venue from where the screening was broadcast on the festival's radio frequencies 99.3 FM and 1575 AM. Audio editing by Claus Störmer.
