This is an example of the file recorded by the GH5 when shooting a subject for Post Focus using the 6K Photo quality. The camera automatically racks focus from the closest to the furthest subjects, taking note of which focused areas fall under each AF area. This then lets the camera know which part of the video to jump to when extracting a still with a specific area in sharp focus.
