Tough WOD done in my garage on 2/13/11. This is my second WOD of the day- the first one being a strength WOD.
4 Rounds for Time:
10 Burpees to 1' above reach
30 Unanchored Sit-ups
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 CrossFit Push-ups
The number of reps of the exercises are not too demanding but the running wears you out. It's a fun WOD and I recommend it.
