This Universal Energy Arts Retreat will embrace the Arts and Sciences of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Healing Sounds, Meditation and YogiChild, in Hveragerði, one of the most beautiful locations in Iceland.... the Land of Fire & Ice.
On this Universal Energy Arts Retreat we will practice a range of skillful life-affirming techniques including Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Chi Yoga, Healing Sounds, Mindfulness and Meditations, and deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra and acupressure points/meridian massage.
You will find yourself surrounded by wonderfully peaceful and extremely vibrant nature. This region is renowned for its Geothermal Parks where there are opportunities for all kinds of outdoor activities and cultural experiences. You will have free access to a 50m outdoor geothermally-heated swimming pool with hot tubs, jacuzzi and natural steam bath only 200 metres away.
This lovely guest house has a beautiful and comforting atmosphere, with spectacular views across stunning scenery. It also boasts a hot tub in the garden - perfect for experiencing the northern lights, the Aurora Borealis! It is a "house of healing" where various other natural holistic treatments are available by request. It really is the ideal location for a very special Universal Energy Arts Academy Retreat.
