“Consigli has gone above and beyond. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful. I mean these guys come here before work and after work instead of spending time with their families, they are at my house on a Saturday or Sunday and that means a lot. It really does.” - Marc Fucarile
Todd Flanders received the AGC in Community award on behalf of Consigli at the AGC’s annual national convention last week.
The award recognizes service projects of AGC of America’s chapters and members that epitomize the essence of charitable giving, through actual hands-on service and donations to charitable organizations.
Boston Marathon attack survivor Marc Fucarile lost his leg in 2013, and as a result needed structural upgrades at his Reading, Mass. home to allow him to move around and have access throughout.
Working every weekend for a year, Flanders led the team of 30+ Consigli volunteers and local subcontractors who donated their time, skills and materials to renovate and build an addition onto Fucarile’s home.
