Looking for a grueling shoulder workout?
Look no further. This will absolutely bury your shoulders and leave you with that fire in your arms!
Set up a bench and grab a weight that will challenge you for 8 Reps. I used 25's.
Hit 8 Reps and then....
Hold the bells at the "top" position (arms straight) for 10 seconds!
Lower the weights back down and hit 8 more reps
Again, pause for 10 seconds in the extended position.
Repeat for 8 Rounds and DO NOT put the weights down!
This is a challenge but if your form starts to crumble just stop or lower the weights.
