The Emerald Down V Cybersecurity Exercise brought more than 130 attendees together to practice community cyber security response with an interactive exercise. The event was held Feb. 16, 2017 in Lakewood, Washington. Attendees learned how the region works to stabilize critical infrastructure functions, minimize health and safety threats and efficiently restore and revitalize systems and services to support a viable, resilient community in the face of cyber threats.
Guests also explored how their organization's cyber plan could integrate with the Washington State Cyber Annex to the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.
