“7 Sogni Banali” is a series of interlinked filmpoems, which shows what is presumed to happen to the human soul being in love. The individual experience of the “daydreaming” is usually considered to be too sacred to be shared with others. Nevertheless, the author tries to translate some of those “daydreams” into a poetic and pictorial form.
The filmpoems render the everyday life as an enamoured person might see it.
The viewers face the world of the enlightened state of consciousness.
All 7 scenes are shot at the former coal mine location in Genk (Belgium), featuring the impressive Martian landscape of coal waste hills.
