Rick Coulson was almost totally incapacitated due to stress in the workplace. Bouts of performance anxiety, fatigue, incessant worry, and fear of making enemies in his organization manifested in crippling panic attacks, a trip to the emergency room, and eventually into a 3-month medical leave of absence. After deep introspection, counseling, and spiritual re-assessment, Rick emerged on the other side with a new found sense of perspective and a deep awareness of workplace stress and how to control it.
