In an era of information overload, individuals are inundated by images of global suffering. As a result, it seems difficult to connect with the real issues facing the world. This documentary seeks to explore the consequences of a time where representation supersedes reality, and whether compassion is still possible.
This project was created as part of the LSE International Relations Department's BSc International Relations programme, as part of the assessed work for course IR318: Visual International Politics (2015-16), taught by William A. Callahan (International Relations) and Darren Moon (Learning Technology and Innovation).
