Our suffering comes from the toxin from our mind and body
knowing our body is to know our mind, the understanding start from mindfulness.
Through exercise on awareness of breathing help us to recognize our body and mind, recognize the sensation in body and recognize the feeling in our mind.
Mindfulness, concentration, understanding, compassion, loving kindness help us to remove toxin on the other hand hatred, anger, frustration bring destruction energy, this a kind of toxin for our mind and body.
The dharma help us to rest our body and mind, we allow the healing to happened.
