This is a faux Nike Free spot that Ramon Dickenson from Winston-Salem Parkour and I shot.
He wanted to showcase parkour as the "star" of a TV spot, raise some awareness for their group, and show a bit of the role that shoes play when doing parkour.
I also added some quick after effects work as part of the concept: freeing one's imagination to see things differently (a bench isn't a bench, it's an opportunity to do a dive roll).
Shot with Canon T2i, mostly 17-55mm. used a pretty rudimentary steadicam rig made from pipes. 1080, 24fps. Colored with help from Magic Bullet Looks.
