A clip about the ACS:Flaw débacle in which this UK-based law firm headed by solicitor Andrew Crossley sent accusations of copywrong infringement along with an offer to settle for cash in order to avoid costly and lengthy legal proceedings.
Basically, it's just an extortion scheme - and the saga isn't finished yet. A lawyer representing victims is looking at a remedy under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (c40, as amended) which can be read in full from here -
