The immersive, interactive installation "The stranger within us", exhibited at Wisp Festival 2016, is now part of the "Illusion - Moving Space" Exhibition at Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig and open for visitors from 21th of January till 17th of November 2017.
An interactive, audiovisual dance performance was shown at Wisp Festival 2016 inside this virtual environment, which interprets Arno Gruen`s lecture "The stranger within us".
The installation invites the visitors to step into a half mirrored room with a 360° projection and spatial sound to reflect their behaviour with strangers by confronting their virtual image inside a virtual reality without the need of VR glasses. The bodies are analyzed in realtime and influences a seemingly endless digital landscape and the sound composition. The silhouette (Human Pointcloud) of the guests are tracked and projected into the landscape as a hologram.
