Koneline: Our Land Beautiful. Director Nettie Wild in Conversation

Koneline is a gorgeous new film about the complexity of life in northern British Columbia. It is a poetic and moving portrait of people from all walks of life, many with divergent interests in the future of the land. It gets at the very heart of what it means to live in such a beautiful place and how or if we can reconcile the "needs" of modernity while preserving the wilderness and indigenous cultures. We interviewed director Nettie Wild about the film and what's changed in her approach to filmmaking.
