Title I of the Act addresses the rights of individuals with disabilities in employment settings. This event will examine the ADA's past, present, and future.
The event’s presenter, Andrew J. Imparato is the President and CEO of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). Mr. Imparato will cover changes in the last 20 years to include the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, best practices around the country, and how to build upon progress. Learners should gain knowledge concerning the impact of ADA on businesses, how the ADA continues to evolve and the trends that organizations need to be aware of for compliance and effective talent management strategies.
