We’re Colour-in City, a team of service designers, data analysts, public sector and community service providers and citizens.
From October 2016 to February 2017 we explored how parents living in overcrowded social housing can be equipped and empowered to ‘colour-in’ the outlines of statistical wellbeing data. To add their stories, track and share their everyday experiences, draw out their strengths and needs. To both produce and use their own wellbeing data, and start shaping support that works for them.
This film talks to some of the parents who co-designed and tested the prototype community chatbot we created. It gives an insight into their lives and the impact the chatbot has already started to have.
