The Second Church of Dorchester has completed installation of a 25-kilowatt solar installation atop the 211-year-old church building as part of the Codman Square Goes Solar Initiative, which seeks to expand access to solar projects in low-income communities. Alphonse Knight, a longtime parishioner and member of Resonant Energy’s board of advisers, describes the program’s benefits.
