ΑTHENS VIDEO DANCE PROJECT has the pleasure to announce the 7th AVDP-International Dance Film Festival that will take place in Athens, in collaboration with the Theater of Athens Fine Art School on the 27, 28, 29 and 30 April, 2017.

AVDP was founded in 2010 with the purpose of exploring the bridge between video practices and world dance tradition, attempting to bring to the force the art of videodance in Greece.

In AVDP, artistic fermentations are developed among students, professionals and anyone who is attracted by the art form of videodance, in the community of dancers, filmmakers, musicians, directors and set designers. The aim of AVDP is to offer a collaborative, creative and innovating contemporary videodance platform of works and activities.

The AVDP team is a creative team of experts in the field of performing arts, social science and arts administration, for the design and implementation of educational, artistic and social / community programs.

AVDP involves educational and artistic programs, training courses and workshops, videodance screenings, videodance and performing art productions and collaborative, networking projects in a local and international level.
