Chapeau — the cage is deprived of material reality, no longer a lattice but only horizontal lines that force the blown glass inside an organic geometry. Chapeau comes to life in a natural way and refers to now assimilated forms, in equilibrium between the metal and blown glass.
Nuage — the frame of a moment, a fixed movement, the circles of a metal cage frame are slipping, they are falling down and blown glass is holding them in mid-air. A seemingly random texture is the result of precise geometry. A form that leaves room for imagination similar to clouds that always suggest ever changing images and visions.
