In this first session in a series of webinars on how to create basic routing rules in ILLiad, James Harper (Wake Forest Univ) and William Gee (East Carolina Univ) demonstrate how ILLiad Routing Rules can be powerful tools to configure ILLiad processes to meet your workflow needs. James provides a brief introduction on how ILLiad routing rules work and how to create them, and William demonstrates how to set up two routing rules:
A) A routing rule that puts requests from distance learners into a different workflow; and
B) a routing rule for Lending rule that flags requests that contain a 'DEFAULT' shipping option so their information can be updated in ILLiad.
Ideas for sharing other routing rules are welcome!
