The Teaching for Tomorrow series showcases award-winning faculty from Texas A&M University. The videos capture the dedicated faculty in their teaching and learning environments, both inside and outside the classroom. Students are interviewed after class to provide insight into the teaching and learning process. Interviews were conducted with the faculty who responded to the following questions: What are your favorite teaching strategies? How do they influence student learning? What are effective ways to communicate in the classroom and which strategies are productive for you? The students were asked what they liked about the class, their opinions about the faculty member as a teacher and their thoughts about the class in general.
The following faculty member is featured:
Agriculture and Life Sciences: Dr. Roger Gold (Professor, Entomology)
The Teaching for Tomorrow series is a collaborative effort between the Center for Teaching Excellence and 9 of the 10 Colleges at Texas A&M University. Texas Transportation Institute Communications Group provided the taping and editing services.
