This week we head up to Seattle for the Hard Liver festival held annually at the world famous Belgian beer bar Brouwer's Cafe!
We hang out with Matt Bonney, Operation's Manager, and talk about what makes this bar one the best you will ever have the opportunity to drink at.
Matt also tells us about the Imagination series of beers that Brouwer's and Bottleworks have had put together for them over the years, then we go up to the office, have a cork fight, and try a few of the past years versions.
Dr. Bill also joins us up at Brouwer's and has both Matt Bonney and Matt Vandenberghe, the founder and owner of Brouwer's Cafe, with him to enjoy one of the amazing menu choices at Brouwer's, a water buffalo carbonnade over pomme frites paired with two Hair of the Dog beers. First, Michael, a Flemish Red ale and then Cherry Adam from the wood.
