It's an oyster revolution, according to Captain Chris Ludford. The owner of Pleasure House Oysters grows them in cages on the Lynnhaven River in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and has seen the recovery of oysters and the rise of local aquaculture bring a new generation to the popular shellfish.
