Cooke Optics S7/i Prime Lens Full Frame Demo Footage

Test footage of Cooke Optics’ newly announced Cooke S7/i Full Frame Plus PL mount lenses shot on RED 8K Vista Vision sensor supplied by RVZ Paris - focal lengths 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm.

Day and night exterior locations are shown in and around London using natural ambient light. Designed to cover up to the full sensor area of the RED Weapon 8K (46.31mm image circle) the footage includes frame guide lines that highlight Panavision's DXL / RED 8K Vista vision sensor 1.9.1 and 1.78.1 Alexa.

The day exterior footage used a variety of ND filters causing some small flaring issues with the cameras sensor. At the end, an interesting Bokeh sequence shows changes the lenses produce when moving the highlight from off to on axis.
