Where do we get our input about career development and how do we turn the feedback about ourselves into productive changes? This presentation will focus on the data from performance reviews, supervisors, co-workers and from within ourselves to enhance our skills and our careers. In addition to career development there is the issue of character development that must be balanced with the career and skills portion of one's life. This session should cause us all to think deeply about what we want and what it will take to get there in terms of commitment and focus. This presentation will: 1)Help find the sources of feedback for career development 2) Help to stimulate what it takes to develop character 3) Show how to find a balance between career and character development
