Supported Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose is a deeply restorative pose that has many benefits. We have attempted to demonstrated a very soothing warm gentle way to support yourself while practicing this pose. With so much going on in our world, it's important to take some time out to rest, relax, and just let go! We used a small support underneath Jill's back because that is her preference right now. You can do what suits you. I recommend starting low and gradually gaining height for your lower back support.
