Documentary about chef Gary Usher launching his 4th restaurant. Crowdfunding launching on Tuesday 2nd May. Gary and his team launched a weeks pop-up, pay-what-you-want restaurant at the proposed site in Liverpool with no water, electricity, gas or toilets.
If all goes ahead - Wreckfish Bistro will be the newest addition of restaurants from the team behind Heswall-based Burnt Truffle, Chester-based Sticky Walnut, and Hispi in Manchester.
