Featuring the new Southern Comfort global desktop and mobile websites. The desktop and mobile websites are just another evolution in Southern Comfort’s history of innovation, and celebration of all things different and unique about the brand itself.
The desktop and mobile sites integrate key design elements from the new package, such as the neck wrap illustration and brand shield from the front label, with a brand experience designed to meet the most common needs of consumers. They’re able to learn how to make Southern Comfort cocktails, discover more about the Southern Comfort family of products and where to find them locally, and sign-up for text alerts on events and promotions.
A global template was created for the core site. Upon which it was integrated with a content management system (CMS) for their priority markets: USA, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and Greece. Content is listed in English for English-speaking markets and in Greek for the Greece visitors.
Plus the website is tailored to the interactive and engaging experience consumers have come to expect with their mobile devices. The key differentiator is that it doesn’t require users to search and download in an App store. Instead, they can access the same great content and experience simply by visiting http://www.SouthernComfort.com from their mobile device. The approach allows flexibility in the platform to minimize costs which is a critical objective for our clients.
The digital strategy, architecture, production and implementation were led by Six Cubits, LLC as the lead agency for the assignment. Other contributors to the team included Slingshot, LLC (parent company of Six Cubits) with design and copy. In addition, Idealoop, LLC contributed to the touch screen mobile development.
