Last Thursday, it was time for yet another Mixology event, this time at the Nordic House in Reykjavik, Iceland. A mix of guests consisting of food specialists, artists, designers and researchers were gathered to take part in a two-day culture forum on food as culture.
This was the fourth iteration in the Mixology series, in collaboration with Chef Gunnar Karl Gíslason and Sommelier Ólafur Örn Ólafsson of Dill restaurant. A work of Prang Lerttaweewit, Josefin Vargö, and Anders Mellbratt of The Experience Design Group, the newest discipline represented in Konstfack’s MFA program.
