Shincha Season is an exciting time for Japanese green tea farmers as well as for those who are full of expectation to enjoy the infusion of the first green leaves of the year. This year, even more it is an exciting time at the organic tea garden of Shutaro Hayashi in Kirishima, who for the first time produces a special variation of Shincha for us and our customers in Europe: the KIRISHIMA ARACHA SHINCHA from his kabuse Asatsuyu varietal. In the video you see not only the Asatsuyu tea bushes of Shutaro Hayashi's organic tea garden, where the leaves of this Shincha stem from, but also the breathtaking nature that surrounds it. Also for the first time this year, we have the pleasure to be here in Kirishima together with Arun Herzog, who accompanies us with his camera, taking the pictures for this video, which was also cut by him. The music for the video was recorded directly in Kirishima by MIMIKOTO (mimikoto.com).
