Here is a brief testimony from one of our graduates of the Southwestern Seminary at Darrington Penitentiary in Rosharon, Texas. After graduation, David was transferred to Coffield along with three other graduates, and began serving as Texas prison Field Ministers. David and his inmate Field Ministers are all serving extremely long sentences, and voluntarily applied for the 4-year Seminary program at Darrington, sponsored by The Heart of Texas Foundation, with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in full cooperation. The Field Ministers, because they are inmates themselves, have great credibility with the general population of inmates, and therefore are having a major impact at Coffield, and many other prisons in Texas, where other teams of Field Ministers have been transferred. You will be impressed by the organizational skills our graduates have!
