An art installation in Wellington for Cuba Dupa Street Festival, 25+26 March 2017. A giant 5m x 40m ground mural created with dozens of carp, lily pads, frogs, turtles and all manner of swimmering creatures painted onto recycled pvc skins plus taped water. Folks were invited to walk on water and discover another world just below the surface. Made by Tape Artist team Struan Ashby & Erica Duthie.
