In January of 2016, eight members of the Cornell Tree Climbing Institute joined four members of the Madagascar Center for Biodiversity for an exploratory expedition to the canopies of the Baobab forests of eastern Madagascar. The Baobab trees are sometimes referred to as the "Upside Down" trees.
Written and narrated by veteran expedition leader, tree climber and filmmaker Dave Katz, this short film shares some of the impressions, both visual and spoken of the trip's goals and outcomes.
