TAKE ACTION TODAY: wisconsinrivers.org/noback40mine
The Back Forty mine is a proposed sulfide mine 150ft from the banks of the Menominee River. Cyanide is proposed to be used; and sulfuric acid will be a by-product of mining. The proposed mine would destroy sacred Menominee tribal sites. In this video, meet Tim Landwehr of Tight Lines Fly Fishing Co. whose business depends on the health of the Menominee River.
