A short documentary examining the thoughts and motivations behind 6 Royal National Lifeboat Institution volunteers. The story takes place around Poole lifeboat station, Dorset, UK.
We wanted to find out why these people are so dedicated to volunteering and what drives them to undertake actions which can often be life threatening.
Taking a personal approach to filming, we built up strong relationships with our subjects in an attempt to convey realistic character representations.
