My final thesis in university. Challenge: Thinking about mechanical joints, find a rigid solution which wouldn't just break away under load just by its design, researching the necessary ranges of motion for walks, punches, optimizing the mechanics and design towards that. Considering the extense totally unnecessary for a "just a nice thing", but a hell of fun and a good opportunity to get a deeper understanding of mechanics for future projects.
Oh: No geometry collisions, all quads and pure procedural shading without any 2D textures. Just for fun.
