In this two part session, Gary Glassman will share how do companies establish their compensation philosophy and internal pay structure. The role of competitive market data and how this data is used to formulate hiring offers. Gary will also speak to the value of stock options, and how they can work into your overall compensation package.

Gary Glassman is the Director of Compensation for the North American Zone at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Gary has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch as an HR specialist, managing global, domestic and executive compensation departments, and as a senior HR generalist, supporting the day-to-day operations for multiple business operators. Most recently, Gary managed the transition of the Anheuser-Busch total rewards program to the new Anheuser-Busch InBev philosophy and pay structure.
