Shell Shock The Play - A performing arts project in support of the military community and beyond. Using the performing arts this project will create a stigma reduction concept that will have broad benefits to both the civilian, serving and veteran community (including their friends and family). It is hoped that the audience perception to mental health will be changed and thus act as a tool to remove barriers to care. Features support from Sqn Ldr John Peters (Formerly RAF Tornado pilot, Gulf War veteran & Iraqi prisoner of war), Sgt Simon Harmer (Formerly Royal Army Medical Corps, Invictus Games athlete), Col Tim Collins (Formerly Commanding Officer 1st Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment & Iraq war veteran), Capt Gemma Morgan (Formerly Royal Logistic Corps, Invictus Choir member) and
L/Cpl Maurillia Simpson (Formerly Royal Logistic Corps, Invictus Games athlete & Invictus Choir member). Funded by the Chancellor using LIBOR Funds.
