How Unlocking Administrative Data Will Improve Evaluation and Enable Social Finance
In other countries, new data partnerships are enabling more effective evaluation of social programs through the collection and sharing of government administrative data. These innovative approaches also have the potential to enable social finance, especially social impact bonds.
