Centro di lavoro CNC a 4 assi controllati, dedicato alla lavorazione di barre o pezzi in alluminio, PVC, leghe leggere in genere e acciaio sino a 2 mm. Dispone di due magazzini utensili a 4 posti a bordo macchina e può eseguire lavorazioni sulle 3 facce di una sezione di 170 mm x h210 mm.
Lavora barre sino a 4 m di lunghezza. Il 4° asse CN consente all’elettromandrino di ruotare da 0° a 180° in continuo per eseguire lavorazioni sul contorno del profilo. Dispone inoltre di un piano di lavoro mobile che facilita l’operazione di carico/scarico pezzo e aumenta notevolmente la sezione lavorabile.

It is equipped with two 4-place tool magazines on board machine and it is able to machine on 3 sides of a section of 170 mm x h210 mm. It can work bars up to 4 m long. The 4th CN axis allows the electro spindle to continuously rotate to from 0° to 180° to perform the work on the profile contour.
Moreover it is equipped with a moving work plane for easier workpiece loading/unloading; this also allows considerable increase in the machinable section.
